Her hands-on approach, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality ensure that every meal is perfectly executed and every event runs smoothly. From initial planning to the final plate, Paige is dedicated to making your event unforgettable.

With 12 years in the building and over 20 years in hospitality, Brittany knows this place inside and out. She jumps in wherever she’s needed—whether that’s booking events, helping on the floor, or even pitching in with janitorial or maintenance tasks. Brittany’s the kind of leader who’s always hands-on and never afraid to roll up her sleeves to make sure every event is a success.
